MBABANE:Moses Vilakati, the African Union (AU) Commissioner for Agriculture, Rural Development, Blue Economy and Sustainable Environment (ARBE) is in his home country Eswatini for the annual Incwala ceremony.
Vilakati was among eMabutfo on Tuesday at Ludzidzini Palace and Incwala is fast approaching the main event to be held next week.
