MBABANE:Nicolas Maduro, the Venezuelan President who was apprehended by United States (US) will appear in the New York Federal Court on Monday facing terrorism and drugs smuggling criminal charges, Fox News reported.
Russia and China has condemned the abduction of Maduro by US forces and called for his immediate release.
