MBABANE:Gciniwe Fakudze, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Mbabane Municipality has emphasized the significance of aviation in enhancing economic growth and development.
The CEO was moderating during the Eswatini Civil Aviation Authority (ESWACAA) Strategic Partner Engagement held at the Royal Villas-Ezulwini on Thursday.
She said aviation remains the lifeblood of the economy by reducing the distance between “Made in Eswatini” and the world.
The event was attended by among others, Tourism Authority CEO Vusie Dlamini, Eswatini Water and Agricultural Development Enterprise (CEO) Dr. Samson Sithole, Commerce Minister Mancoba Khumalo, Standard Bank Chief Executive Mvuselelo Fakudze, Business Eswatini CEO Nathie E. Dlamini, Nedbank Managing Director Fikile Nkosi, Eswatini Investment and Promotion Authority (EIPA) Managing Director Sibani Mngometulu and other high profile corporate figures.
