NYAKENI: Judge Mpendulo Simelane who was fired for misconduct and corruption after unlawfully convicting human rights lawyer Thulani Maseko and Nation Magazine editor Bheki Makhubu, is now a member of the Nyakeni uMphakatsi Inner Council (Bandlancane).
Simelane was presiding over the recent traditional case between Assitant Commissioner Clement Sihlongonyane’s daughter Manzini Police Officer Zandile Sihlongonyane and her husband Sicelo Matsebula about three (3) weeks ago.
