MBABANE: Alpheous Nxumalo, the Government Spokesperson and rape accused might not be a Spokesperson for the State anymore, Principal Crown Counsel Ndabenhle Dlamini told the Industrial Court.
This comes after Nxumalo took Government to court demanding his outstanding salaries after being rejected by Prime Minister Russell Mmiso Dlamini who stated that, he will not allow a man facing rape charges to speak on behalf of the State.
Lawyer Ndabenhle Dlamini stated that, Nxumalo will be transferred to another Department, the Industrial Court ruled that, Government must pay the Government Spokesperson his outstanding salaries as per the contract signed with the Civil Service Commission (CSC).
