MBABANE: Prince Sicalo Nkopolo Dlamini, the Principal Secretary in the Ministry of Defense alleged that the decision by Swaziland News editor Zweli Martin Dlamini to expose his passport number and vehicle registration exposed him to security risk.

The publication of our clients private and confidential details(passport and vehicle registration) exposes our client to security risk and a threat to his life and those of his family members”, read the letter in part from Mathopo Attorneys in Johannesburg.

The letter comes after this publication exposed how the Defense Principal secretly left the country through the Oshoek border on 22nd November 2021 allegedly, to meet other State security agents to smuggle guns to shoot and kill protesting civilians.

The first born son of King Mswati who is controlling the procurement of weapons within the Umbutfo Eswatini Defense Force(UEDF) in his capacity as the Defense Principal Secretary is demanding an apology from the editor and this publication, failing which, he threatened to approach the High Court.
