European Union(EU) eSwatini pumps-in R100,000.00 capacity building workshop for political unrest victims.

MANZINI:Madzabudzabu,the Chairperson of the Swaziland Massacre Victims and Survivors Association(SWAVISA) has confirmed that, the European Union(EU) eSwatini approved a support grant amounting to One-hundred Thousand Rands(R100,000.00) for the unrest victims organization.

As a result, the organization held its first capacity building and human rights workshop at Caritas-Manzini on Thursday morning.

“This grant from EU is meant to capacitate us to tell our stories, and the experience we went through during the political unrest. It is also meant to prepare us to testify during litigation,” said the SWAVISA Chairperson.
