KWALUSENI: Former Kwaluseni Member of Parliament(MP) Sibusiso Mabhanisi Dlamini has lost elections despite distributing Taiwan rice to residents.
This does not only marks the end of the MP’s political career as an elected MP, but the free distribution of rice within Kwaluseni.
Dlamini lost to incarcerated Sipho Shongwe’s son Sifiso Shongwe in the Primary Elections.
