MBABANE:Neal Rijikernberg, the Minister of Finance is highly expected to deliver the Budget Speech on Friday, Government online platforms reported on Wednesday afternoon.
It has been reported that, Finance Minister met with officials within the Ministry on Wednesday for final touches on the Budget Speech before its presentation before Parliament.
