LOBAMBA:Mashayinkonjane Nhlengetfwa, the Manzini North Member of Parliament(MP) has urged the Government to introduce a law, forcing all alcohol lovers to obtain licenses before they drink their alcoholic beverages.
Speaking in Parliament on Monday, the MP said, this will make the work of the police easier as those young people without licenses will be easily identified when drinking alcohol.
