MBABANE:Prime Minister Russell Mmiso Dlamini is in Kenya where he is representing King Mswati at the Africa Fertilizer and Soil Health Summit(AFSH), the Summit will commence on Tuesday morning.

Mandla Tshauke, the Minister of Agriculture and Cooperatives was part of the Prime Minister’s delegation.
