MBABANE:Patrice Motsepe, the President of the Confederation of African Football(CAF) has announced that, each President of the Member Associations(MA) within the fifty-four(54) countries will receive an annual gratuity of $50,000.00(R892,000.00), the South African Broadcasting Corporation(SABC) Sport reported on Tuesday evening.
This means Peter ‘Samora’ Simelane,the President of the Eswatini Football Association(EFA) is entitled to the said amount allocated by the CAF President.
Reached for comments by this Swaziland News, Peter ‘Samora’ Simelane, the Eswatini Football Association President said,he was yet to receive the news.
“I wasn’t aware of these new developments, when did the President announced?.I will comment later”,he said.
The announcement by the CAF President means the Patrice Motsepe administration will spend over R40million paying a gratuity to all the Presidents of the Member Associations(MA).
