MBABANE:MTN Eswatini Mobile Money(MOMO)has contributed two hundred and fifty thousand Rands(R250,000.00) for the upcoming Mbabane Half Marathon including the Mbabane Day.
The donation was announced at the Hilton Hotel on Tuesday morning by MTN Senior Manager Sam Shongwe and accepted by Mayor Thulani Mkhonto who was with newly appointed Chief Executive Officer(CEO) Gciniwe Fakudze.
“We would like to express our appreciation for this donation and urged emaSwati to register for the Mbabane Marathon”, said the Mayor.
The registration will cost one hundred and eighty Rands(R180.00) for a twenty-one kilometers(21KM), one hundred and thirty Rands(R130.00) for a ten kilometers(10KM) and sixty Rands(R60.00) for a five kilometers(5KM) Marathon, those interested to participate were urged to register at the Mbabane Manicipality Offices.
