MBABANE:Prime Minster Russell Mmiso Dlamini left the country on Tuesday to attend the inauguration of Mozambique President-elect Daniel Chapo of the ruling Mozambique Liberation Front(FRELIMO).
This comes after the Constitutional Council confirmed that, FRELIMO won the elections with six-five percent(65%).
