MBABANE:The National Public Service and Allied Workers Union(NAPSAWU) led by Bawinile Ndlovu has signed an agreement with Government through the Ministry of Public Service and as a result,Home Affairs employees will receive their long overdue overtime allowances.
This was announced by Public Service Minister Mabulala Maseko on Tuesday who expressed Government’s commitment to address issues affecting workers.
The Minister said the workers will receive a back-pay from January 2015 to March 2023, he was with Acting Principal Secretary(PS) Richard Phungwayo when announcing the signing of the agreement.
On another note, Bawinile Ndlovu, the NAPSAWU President who was also present during the press conference, thanked Government for the successful negotiations and the signing of the agreement.
