MBABANE:Lawyer Sidumo Mdladla has confirmed that, he will be representing SwaziMed Chief Executive Officer(CEO) Peter ‘Samora’ Simelane, Samuel ‘Sammy’ Dlamini and “the entire new Board that is being challenged in court by the Governing Board led by Bheki Maziya”.
The reputable senior lawyer of SV Mdladla Associates confirmed to this Swaziland News on Friday evening that, he has taken over the case, he was speaking to editor Zweli Martin Dlamini.
This means the SwaziMed CEO, Chairman of the Board that being challenged in court Samuel Sammy Dlamini “have ‘dumped’ their lawyer Mangaliso Magagula who is facing contempt of court charges before Judge Titus Mlangeni”.
“I can confirm that, I’ve taken over the case”, said the lawyer when speaking to the editor.
