NETHERLANDS:Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskiy says Russian Vladimir Putin enjoys killing people and he feels happy about it, SkyNews reported on Tuesday.
The Ukraine President urged North Atlantic Treaty Organization(NATO) countries to support Ukraine's defence industry, he was addressing a NATO Summit in Netherlands.
