LOBAMBA:Prince Lonkhokhela, the Minister of Natural Resources and Energy says electricity cuts are not as a result of load-shedding but, “copper theft is also contributing”.
The Minister was responding to Senators this week who expressed concerns about the ongoing electricity crisis in the country.
