MBABANE:Sihle Dlamini, the King’s Interpreter has accused Swaziland News editor Zweli Martin Dlamini of advising the Chinese Embassy in Pretoria-South Africa to stop him and other emaSwati from traveling to China.

Dlamini was recently speaking to an official in the King’s Office in a telephone conversation, he said it was a huge mistake for the Government to delay in apprehending the editor as he later gained influence.

“Kute nyalo longakukhuluma nalaMashayina ngoba konkhe bakubuta ku-Zwemart ngalelive le-Swatini”, said the King’s Interpreter.

Dlamini declined to comment, he is the Pastor of the Jesus Calls Worship Centre.

Sihle Dlamini who was frequenting China to do business including buying building material for his Hotels, was banned by the Chinese, in fact the Chinese Embassy denied him a visa.

But it was not only the King’s Interpreter who was affected by the decision as more emaSwati are struggling to obtain visas when seeking to travel to China.

This comes after the Kingdom of eSwatini defied the United Nations(UN) Resolution 2758 of 1971 that endorsed the “One China Principle” by maintaining diplomatic relations with one of the Chinese Provinces-Taiwan.

“It’s Zwemart who advised Chinese Embassy to ban me and other emaSwati from traveling to China”, says King Mswati’s Interpreter Sihle Dlamini.
