KWAZULU NATAL:Nomalungelo ‘LaZwide’ Simelane, the Siphofaneni Member of Parliament(MP), won the Top Goal Scorer Award in the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association(CPA) Netball Game held in KwaZulu.
This was after the MP scored goals that assisted the Eswatini Parliament Netball Team beat the KZN Provincial Parliament, the entertainment Games were part of the benchmarking exercise by the eSwatini MPs.
Other MPs who shined during the netball games include Hhohho Regional MP Tanele Magagula and Senator Linda Dlamini-Nxumalo.
On another note, the eSwatini MPs Soccer Team also managed to beat the KZN Parliament, the delegation was led by CPA Chairman MP Marwick Khumalo, Deputy Speaker Madala Mhlanga among others.
The MPs returned this weekend to attend uMhlanga Reed Dance Ceremony.
