Judge Mumcy Dlamini climbed the judicial ladder after marrying Supreme Court Judge Majahenkhaba Dlamini of the Nkhaba Royal Kraal under the House of King Ndvungunye not because she is capable of being a Judge.
Well,some weeks ago,I received information about how the Supreme Court Judge was frequenting Mangwaneni-Mbabane to check on his girlfriend and knowing what Judge Mumcy Dlamini was doing to the Prince,I told the source that Majahenkhaba deserves to be freed from the hell she is subjected to at Nkhaba by Mumcy Dlamini.
So Mumcy is not only a nonsense to the Nation,but even at home, senior members of the Nkhaba royal family will tell a story about her conduct,may the soul of my close friend and brother,Bongani Sigcosiyancina Dlamini rests in peace.
Despite being a known traditionalist and supporter of the King, Bongani Sigcokosiyancinca Dlamini was among the first ones to call and tell me to flee after holding a meeting with high profile people who wanted to arrest and subsequently kill me, I am not sure if his sister-in-law Judge Mumcy Dlamini could have done that.
This means being a member of the royal family does not necessarily mean you must support oppression unless you are not an ethical person who values human life.
Judge Mumcy is a prostitute, and the problem starts when we trust such prostitutes who abuse their spouses to administer justice fairly.
The verdict that Judge Mumcy Dlamini issued this week convicting and sentencing pro-democracy MPs is not a credible ruling but rather a fiction written by a prostitute.
Judge Mumcy Dlamini,like a prostitute who gives up her body for a financial gain, chose to give up her conscience and violate the judicial code of conduct in order to keep her job as a judge.
After being declared a terrorist, I received funding offers from donors urging me to challenge the terrorism proscription, and despite the offer, I couldn’t take the government to court because that would have meant I was giving prostitutes like Judge Mumcy Dlamini a chance to legitimise the injustice with cooked judgements.
Convicted pro-democracy MPs Bacede Mabuza and Mthandeni Dube are innocent, and King Mswati used Judge Mumcy Dlamini to convict them.
But despite this nonsensical judgement, justice will one day prevail, these MPs are innocent, and they were calling for democracy and a better life for all.
We will never be deterred by judgements delivered by prostitutes with no credibility or integrity from demanding a better life for emaSwati.
The book that the judicial prostitute in disguise wrote,will go down in history,reminding future generations of how the royal supremacy used the judiciary to stifle opposing viewpoints.
But we will continue to fight for justice and democracy, despite the attempts to suppress our voices.
The truth will eventually come to light, and those responsible for this injustice will be held accountable.
Indeed, those who would oppress us won't be able to silence us.
Our voices will continue to ring out, calling for equality and freedom, the actions of those who try to suppress us will only serve to strengthen our resolve.
We will not rest until justice is served and democracy is achieved for all emaSwati. The struggle may be long and difficult, but we will not give up until our voices are heard and our rights are respected.
Together, we will stand united against oppression and fight for a better future for our children and generations to come.
We will not allow fear or intimidation to deter us from our goal of a just and equitable society.
Our determination and perseverance will be our greatest weapons in the battle for freedom and equality.
We will continue to speak out, to protest, and to demand change until our voices are no longer ignored.
The road ahead may be challenging, but we are committed to the fight for justice and will not waver in our resolve.
