Building houses for the poor and vulnerable must be applauded whether done by a political party or the Tinkhundla regime,Deputy Prime Minister(DPM) Thulisile Dladla is currently doing a good job by reaching out to the poor.
Well, it might be true that the Tinkhundla regime is promoting itself with this project but for me, whatever the motive, any project that seeks to change the lives of the poor people must be applauded.
When I criticize this Tinkhundla Government I normally do so to see change particularly in the socio-economic situation and of course, the political system.
In this country, we have over seven hundred thousand(700000) poor emaSwati and with the ongoing building of houses by the Office of the DPM, we are applauding the effort demonstrating the need to take care of the poor.
In this regard, DPM Thulisile Dladla is outsmarting Themba Masuku, the then Deputy Prime Minister who was addicted to positive publicity while doing nothing, Masuku later ruined his reputation by allowing himself to be used in the killing of innocent civilians during the political unrest.
The former DPM later claimed the citizens who were killed were looting and the question is; did he made any effort to create jobs and improve the lives of the people so that, they cannot loot?.
DPM Thuli Dladla has her own scandals but where she has done right, we will applaud and encourage her, there’s no perfect human being on this planet.
We are a small country, let’s prioritize the basic needs of the poor and Government must support this project under the DPM’s Office with our taxes.
Even the democratic Government must build more houses for the poor and vulnerable emaSwati while creating employment and business opportunities so that, those who are capable can work and sustain themselves.

DPM Thuli Dladla.
