PIGG’S PEAK:Businessman Stanley Mkhonta, the Director of closed Pigg’s Peak Casino allegedly disappeared with over three hundred thousand Rands(R300,000.00) outstanding salaries for fifteen(15) employees.
The workers were owed four(4) months salaries and the businessman has been allegedly evasive for the past two(2) years after closing the business.
Responding to this Swaziland News this week when asked why he was not paying the employees, the businessman said, he was in partnership with some investors who withdrew and he found himself with no money to pay salaries.
“I can confirm that I am owing them and I will definitely pay once I secure new investors”, he said.
On another note, the ex-workers told this publication that, Mkhonta has been evasive and avoiding to pay them hence they decided to approach this publication.
