MBABANE:Manqoba Makhubu, the former Swazi Observer Business editor has travelled to the United States(US) for leadership training under the Mandela Washington Fellows program.
This was announced by the United States Embassy eSwatini on Wednesday through the diplomatic institution’s online platform, Makhubu is among nine(9) other emaSwati who will participate in the program.
Makhubu resigned from the Swazi Observer amid a hostile working environment under Managing editor Mbongeni Mbingo administration, he secured a top position in the private sector, working for a company contracted to MTN Eswatini.
