MANZINI:Labour Minister Phila Buthelezi told King Mswati that the Secretary General of the Trade Union Congress of Swaziland(TUCOSWA) is a very objective trade union leader who loves the country.
Speaking on Friday during the Eswatini National Provident Fund(ENPF) 50th Anniversary held at the Mavuso Trade Centre-Manzini, the Labour and Social Security Minister said, Gina played a huge role in ensuring that, “eSwatini is removed” from the International Labour Organization(ILO) Special Paragraph.
“Notwithstanding the fact that, he comes from the employees federation, we have worked very well with him”, said the Labour Minister.
On another note, the removal of eSwatini from the ILO Special Paragraph means, “the country is now not among countries violating workers rights”.
